It is so important to workout and be healthy! There are so many different activities a person can do to stay healthy and fit. It's all about finding the activity that suits you best. I personally love to jump rope. Did you know that 10 minutes of jumping rope is equivalent to 30 minutes of running? Adriana Lima jumps rope! The Victoria's Secret Angels all jump rope before fashion shows. Seriously, if jumping rope is good enough for them, it's DEFINITELY good enough for me :pI also weight train when I get the chance, and I'm not feeling too lazy. Most days i just stick to lots and lots of jump rope. I do ten sets, 100 jumps per set.
The elliptical trainer is another great cardio workout. It doesn't put stress on your knees the way that running on the pavement and the treadmill does. It is impact free. You can crank up the levels once you get used to it. It intensifies your workout and builds your endurance. I personally prefer the jump rope to the elliptical, but I do switch it up on occasion.
Heavy bag training is a good time. Make sure that you wear proper protection. I wear fingertipless gloves with ankle wraps under my red gloves when I hit the bag. I NEVER go without wrist wraps. You shouldn't either. EVER.
